<![CDATA[Purpose, - This research aims to provide empirical explanation on the influence of interpesonal communication on UMKM performance with knowledge sharing as intervening.Design/methodology/approach - The research method used is descriptive-quantitative. This research analysis Unit is a staff of 139 people with census sample techniques or total sampling. The collected Data is analyzed using a Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) approach. The Software used is SmartPLS 3.2.8. Findings - The results showed that the influence of interpesonal communication has positive and significant impact on umkm performance, the influence of interpesonal communication is positive and significant impact on knowledge sharing, influential knowledge sharing Positive and significant to umkm performance, knowledge sharing intervening the influence of interpesonal communication towards umkm performance]]>

<![CDATA[Purpose, - The purpose of this study was to determine and to know the effect of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at Fairuz Hotel in Palangka Raya.Design/methodology/approach - The research method used was qualitative, quantitative by using Multiple Linear Regression analysis techniques. The population and sample in this study were all of the Employees' Performance at Fairuz Hotel in Palangka Raya, totaling 30 people. Findings - This research shows the results partially (t-test): a) Motivation has significant and significant effect on Employee Performance, b) Work Discipline has a significant and significant effect on Employee Performance, and simultaneously the results of the study show Work Motivation and Discipline have a significant effect on Employee Performance in this study R2 = 0.532 or 53.2%.]]>

<![CDATA[Purpose, - This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price perception and product quality on customer satisfaction at Sendy’s Swalayan Palangka Raya.Design/methodology/approach - The research method uses an explanatory approach to techniques survey, the number of samples in this study were 100 respondents, the sampling technique using census techniques. Data collection methods using questionnaires and documentation studies, while data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear analysis techniques. Findings - The results showed that the influence of service quality, price perception and product quality on customer satisfaction at Sendy’s Swalayan Palangka Raya. And the results of the descriptive analysis state that the respondents agreed with the proposed indicators.]]>

<![CDATA[Purpose, - The purpose of this research is to find out and obtain a study of the influence of career development, motivation and competence on the performance of employees of the Department of Food Security of Central Kalimantan Province.Design/methodology/approach - This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total of 60 respondents. The instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. While the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with t test, F test and R2.Findings - The results showed that career development had a significant positive effect on employee performance, motivation had a significant positive effect on employee performance, Competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance, self-development, motivation and competence has a significant positive effect together on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Purpose, - The purpose of this research is to know how much the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on the employee performance of PT. Suryamas Cipta Perkasa II Village of Paduran Sebangau subdistrict Sebangau Kuala.Design/methodology/approach - The research methods used are descriptive statistics and multiple regression statistics. Findings - This study shows partial results (test-t): a) Work motivation is influential and significant towards employee performance, B) job satisfaction is influential and significant to employee performance, and simultaneously the results of the study show Work motivation and job satisfaction have significant effect on employee performance of variable donations in this study of R2 = 0.493 or 49.3%.]]>

The unit of analysis in this research is the bread products produced by Prabu Bakery as many as 54,720 pieces of bread.
